How to change the size of the content of the Window without changing its screen resolution?

I'm using the resolution of 1024 by 768 for my 15'; laptop. However, when I surf the internet, the content of the Window (eg. font size) is too small to be viewed. I've tried to reduce the resolution but everything was too big and looked weird. So, do you have any idea to increase the size of the Window's content, especially font size, without changing its resolution? How to change the size of the content of the Window without changing its screen resolution?
